Enterprise controls, on a price list you can read
Every workspace is isolated in the application and again in the database, hosted in the EU and encrypted with keys that belong to it. Enterprise adds the controls security teams ask for in a review.
Security
What you get
SAML and SCIM, IP allowlists, audit streaming, your own encryption key and a sandbox, without a sales-only tier for the basics.
-
Single sign-on and provisioning
Agent sign-in with SAML or OpenID Connect, SCIM to create and remove agents from your identity provider, and required two-factor sign-in.
-
Roles and field permissions
Custom roles, light agents for free, and field-level permissions that hide or lock individual ticket fields per role.
-
IP allowlists and session rules
Restrict the workspace to your networks, set password rules and session length.
-
Audit log and SIEM streaming
Admin changes, sign-ins and ticket access, exportable and streamed to your SIEM.
-
Your own encryption key
Per-workspace keys for credentials by default, and a customer-managed key on Enterprise. Revoke it and the data is unreadable.
-
Sandbox and configuration as code
Try rules in a sandbox workspace, then export and import the configuration as files you can review.
Coming from Zendesk?
