Manage team members
Change a team member's role, permissions and groups, or suspend their access.
Admin Center, People, Team members lists everyone who works tickets: agents and admins. To add people, see Invite your team.
Find someone
Search by name or email, or filter by Admins, Agents or Suspended. The list shows each person’s role, permissions role, groups and last sign-in.
Change role, permissions and groups
- Open the person’s actions and choose Edit member.
- Under Access, pick the Role:
- Agent: works tickets with the permissions of their permissions role;
- Admin: full access, including the Admin Center.
- For agents, pick the Permissions role, for example Agent or Light agent, or a custom role. Default (no role) gives the default Agent permissions.
- Under Groups, add or remove groups. Groups decide which queues they work and, for group-scoped roles, which tickets they can see.
- Choose Save changes.
You can’t change your own role. Ask another admin.
The same drawer holds the person’s email signature.
Suspend access
Choose Suspend access to block someone from signing in, for example when they leave. Their tickets stay assigned until you reassign them. Restore access lets them sign in again. You can’t suspend yourself.
