Admin Center, Integrations, AI & translation controls every AI feature. Its Settings and usage tab has the switches and the usage figures.
The kill switch
The AI kill switch turns all AI off for the workspace at once. The status shows AI on or AI off (kill switch). With AI off, the AI agent hands every conversation to people.
Features
Each feature can be switched On and limited to some Groups (none selected means every group):
- Translation, Ticket summary, Reply drafts, Tone and length;
- Intent and sentiment, Generative answers, Macro suggestions;
- Customer-facing answers (AI agent, help centre), AI agent routing and Hand-off briefing;
- Article drafts from tickets and Copilot auto-assist.
Limits
Requests per agent per hour limits how often each agent can use AI. 0 means no limit. Your plan’s fair-use allowance applies on top.
Usage and cost
Usage and cost shows the last days’ Requests, Tokens, Cost and Errors and refusals, By feature and for the Top agents.
