Trials

How the free trial works and what happens when it ends.

A new workspace starts with a 14-day trial of the Pro plan. No card is needed.

  • During the trial you can use every Pro feature and invite your whole team.
  • Admin Center, Integrations, Plan and billing shows Trial of Pro until the date it ends.
  • During the trial, the Pro card is marked Your plan. To keep a paid plan after the trial, see change your plan.
  • If you do nothing, the workspace moves to the Free plan when the trial ends. Your data stays: paid features are locked, not deleted, and come back when you upgrade.

On the Free plan after a trial

The Free plan has 1 agent, no light agents and 100 new tickets a month. If you had more agents during the trial, they keep working, but you cannot add more until you are under the limit or upgrade. See plan limits.

Email and messages from customers are never refused because of a plan limit.
