Set up brand help centres

Each brand can have its own help centre with its own categories, request forms and colour. Set them up under Admin Center, Channels, Help centre, in Brand help centres.

Per brand

• Help centre on: turn a brand’s help centre on or off.
• Theme colour: the accent colour of its help centre. Use brand colour resets it.
• Host mapping: the address it answers on, for example its own domain.
• Help centre path: the path used in a combined help centre, for example /hc/en/enterprise.

Separate or combined

Under Help centres, choose:

• Separate per brand: each brand’s address shows only its own content, and links to other brands go to their own address.
• One combined help centre: every brand’s content on one address, with a brand switcher and a path per brand.

Look and feel

The help centre uses your theme colour and brand name. A full theme editor with your own code is not available yet.
